Alright guys im going crazy, can anyone help me name this game?

I remember playing it when I was younger on a windows 95-- You were a blue circle and had to use the arrow keys to make barriers against enemies. If i can remember, they were weird squiggly things... I know you had to overcome obstacles to get a diamond, then you could move on... I know the name was kind of short and unique but i cant for the LIFE OF ME figure it out-- PLEASE HELP!
