Posted - Tue, 26 June 2007 @ 14:53 my rules are better than your rules!! we ask to post in new topics so we can keep track better instead of having to remember and re visit long dead posts
Posted - Tue, 26 June 2007 @ 14:57 some posts won't be long and dead
Posted - Tue, 26 June 2007 @ 18:00 [QUOTE=impcnrd]hey The only issue with google is that you can be going for days just to find what it is your looking for but thats search engines for you wish they could be better
Posted - Tue, 26 June 2007 @ 20:06 ok what do you think is easier? 1) clicking on request forum, having to read each post then writing a list of games down people want... then once the games are found and added come back to the request forum, look threw previous posts and scrolling threw em until you find the post requesting the game you just uploaded and letting the person know its now online.. or 2) going to request forum, looking @ game name in title, finding game, replying to post and well thats it.. we do it our way for a reason, it also makes it easier for people looking for a game to know if its already been requested or not.. this is easier for us! you guys can help find games all you want, infact we encourage it! we just dont wana see 16 page posts with random games dotted all over the place that makes us lil stoners confused
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 15:13 I have to agree with munky - I come in & skim the titles to see what's requested. I wouldn't bother looking through a multi page request list, & trying to figure out what had been found & what was still ongoing
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 16:10 it seems easier to do it my way i can just make a list games like you said and you won't have go through twenty thousand new topics where your have to go to another web page for each game instead just go to another page if there's more posts
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 16:56 I'm not sure how that would be easier, because that's basically what the forum is set up like - You click on the requests forum & it has all the messages there, but with clickable titles instead of having to read through all the posts in one page. It's basically the same idea, but condensed
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 17:30 quite! there is no need to go threw lots and lots of posts about games, this is a request forum after all... all you should be doing here is requesting a game, someone reply's saying its uploaded and thats it! end of topic.... you will have a much better chance of getting a game if its in a new topic, with the game name in the title rather than the game you want burried in the middle of a conversation about 20 other games on a 5 page post that most people just could not have the patience to read.. plus it stops double posts requesting the same game :p
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 17:42 it's faster
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 17:52 & this way no one can get adult games, right?
Posted - Thu, 28 June 2007 @ 20:28 impcnrd how's this faster exactly lol??
Posted - Sat, 30 June 2007 @ 18:49 having to load and reload a page takes time & tigers i could care less about adult games
Posted - Sun, 1 July 2007 @ 11:00 you dont load, or reload a page if people post the game title they request in the post title.. 0wn3d
Posted - Thu, 5 July 2007 @ 11:16 not true what if the title was "finding a game" or "i need new games to play" huh what would you do then? open the page to reload it pwned |
